You’re not expected to manage the deal, communicate with the seller, or lift a finger beyond the initial handoff — just collect your share when it closes.

what's my split?

Forget the term “listing commission” — start thinking in terms of net proceeds. At CloseMore, we’re offering our new marketing partners 30% of the net profit on every successful deal.


As our partnership grows, there will be opportunities to negotiate higher splits based on performance. The best way to earn more is simple — send quality leads that help us close more deals.

  • Do I need my broker’s approval to do this?

    No. This isn’t a commission or referral split through your brokerage — it’s a 1099 marketing partnership. You’re not acting as an agent in the deal, so your broker doesn’t need to be involved.

  • What kinds of leads should I send?

    Anything that doesn’t want to list — sellers who owe too much, need to sell fast, don’t want showings, or are simply unmotivated. If it’s a dead lead in your CRM, we want it.

  • How do I get paid?

    When the deal closes, you receive 40% of the net profit as a 1099 marketing partner fee. Everything is transparent, documented, and paid directly to you or your LLC.

  • What happens if you don’t close the deal?

    You lose nothing. If we can’t structure or close it, the lead goes right back to you to list like normal. No cost, no exclusivity, no risk.

  • Can I send more than one lead?

    Absolutely. Most agents we work with keep sending us their cold or off-market leads once they see how much money they were leaving behind.
